RACQUET DEMO PROGRAMME

Thump Sports would like to make buying your next racquet simple and hassle free. We also want you to be happy with your purchase, so we are offering a racquet demo programme to all our valued New Zealand customers. Please read on to find out how the try before you buy service can work for you.

What demo racquets do you have available? 
We have every racquet we sell available as a demo unless it is an end of line stock. We will let you know immediately if for some rare occasion we do not.

How do I order demos? 
Simply register with our website, then email us at info@thumpsports.co.nz and let us know which racquet(s) you would like to demo (up to 2 at a time). We will let you know if the racquet(s) are available or when it will be available if it is currently out on loan.

Upon receiving our reply email simply send us your credit card details (by phone 0800 484 867 or email info@thumpsports.co.nz) for shipping charges and security on the demo racquets.

How much does it cost? 
Your only cost is the round trip shipping charges: 
Local: $ 10.00 (Wellington, Christchurch Region) 
North Island: $ 20.00 
South Island: $ 20.00

You will also receive a credit of the courier charge off the price of a racquet you demo'd when you decide to buy.

How long can I keep them for? 

Demos are available for one week and must be shipped back to us one week from the day you receive them. 

How do I send them back? 
We will include an address label.  Simply attach this to the parcel the racquet(s) arrived in and call us on 0800 484 867 or email us on info@thumpsports.co.nz when the racquets are ready to be picked up. We will arrange for our couriers to pick it up from you.

What if I return demos late? 
There is a late fee of $5.00 per racquet per day. We want as many people as possible to have the opportunity to trial different racquets so it is important that they are shipped back after your time period has elapsed. If we can not get hold of you after 7 days we will charge your credit card for the full amount of the racquet(s).

What if I damage the racquet(s)? 
If the damage is caused from fences, net posts or the ground, the full cost for the racquet will be charged to your credit card. This does not apply to broken strings.
