How are we able to offer such competitive pricing?
Our business is primarily web based and therefore does not incur the same day to day operating costs as a retail store. This allows us to offer you great prices.
How much will shipping and handling cost?
A fee of $5 is charged for all New Zealand deliveries except for orders over $150 which are shipped for FREE. For non New Zealand deliveries shipping costs are charged at market rates.
Does Thump Sports offer warranties?
Yes all products come with manufacturer warranties. Please see our Terms and Conditions.
Are your racquets 100% genuine?
All our products are sourced via authorised distributors and dealers. We guarantee our products are 100% genuine. Should you have any concerns please don't hesitate to contact us.
Are Thump Sports racquets pre-strung?
All adult sized racquets are supplied unstrung. This allows customers to specify string type and tension to meet their required preference. Our string selection tool allows customers to choose from a range of strings and request it to be strung at various tensions. On the occasion a customer selects to not have a racquet strung we offer a discount of $5.
All Junior racquets are pre-strung by their respective manufacturers. This string can be replaced should you choose one of our listed strings in the string selector tool.
Can you supply a product that you don't currently stock?
There is a good chance one of our suppliers may have the product your after. Simply send an email to quote@thumpsports.co.nz include a product description and quantity. We will have a reply back to you asap. If the goods can be sourced and you agree to the terms and conditions of the order, you should receive delivery within 14 days.
How do I place an online order?
Our site has been setup to make online shopping and ordering simple and safe. To make a purchase simply click through to the product you are interested in and click "Add to Cart". Then simply follow the prompts through the checkout process.
Once we receive your order, an order confirmation email will be sent. This email will contain product price, quantities ordered, shipping costs, and shipping address as supplied in your registration details. Please ensure you registered email address is correct and active to receive this email/receipt.

Does Thump Sports operate a walk in retail shop?
At this stage Thump Sports operates its business primarily online to keep overheads down, so does not operate a retail shop. We do however offer a racquet demo programme and operate a small roaming sales team who demonstrate products to some of our VIP customers.
Do you offer discounted prices to coaches, clubs, schools or other learning institutions?
Yes. If you are an accredited tennis coach, affiliated NZ club or registered learning institution please send an email to info@thumpsports.co.nz. Supply us with your details and the products you're interested in. Upon confirming your identity, we will email you back with our discounted prices.
Where are my goods being shipped from?
All orders are sent via our warehouse locations located in Wellington, New Zealand.
